Product Ideas Portal

Every time I land on the Patterns page I click on Name to alpha sort and View All so I can see all my patterns. Is there a way this could be the default view and if I wanted to limit the view or sort some other way I could interact with the controls? I'm guessing most reports do not have a number of Patterns that would make for extreme DB calls which may be a concern here.
