Include a planning widget on client landing page to reinforce for both clients and Level staff that planning out hours is essential to the management of the subscription - especially helpful for enterprise clients with multiple teams leverage a single large bucket of hours.
Ultimately we are moving to an "Unlimited" model, which will negate the need for this sort of tool.

I would like to see hours purchased and hours remaining. Might even be helpful to see a graph of what was used over the trailing 12 months. However, with regard to planning out the hours, it would be helpful to have the ability to enter "planned projects" (i.e. planned releases) per client team and associated target dates. We will not necessarily be able to associate hours with each line item, but it will give everyone in our company (from Tim/Craig/Kevin/Salesperson/CS rep/PMs/AS consultants) as well as the clients visibility into and confirmation that we indeed do have a plan in place for the hours to be used. It might be that Amy Livingston needs to create a new section in the Project view in Salesforce (related to the Salesforce opportunity for the Access Advisor subscription) where this information could potentially "live" when entered. Not sure if perhaps they could be tracked as "open activities" or how that would work, but it certainly would be wonderful if we could implement the overall idea!

Would the widget show the hours left vs. the hours purchased or would it be more of a widget that talks about the importance of planning out hours with some examples?
