If an Advisor Unlimited client has multiple assets being tested annually, will they be able to filter tickets by asset? Are we capturing "asset" or populating a field for "asset" that can be sorted on since multiple client teams can be involved if there are multiple assets?
Mary, right now we are not capturing asset, but it is possible to do (and therefore surface that in the ticket so that the user can filter). I'm moving this to product grooming so that we can think this through as a feature enhancement.
