Keep screen shot when converting to pattern

When I convert an instance to a pattern then delete the original, if I've added a screenshot it also gets deleted from the pattern. I shouldn't have to then go over to the pattern editor to add the screen shots, they should just remain,

For the Import Test Records functionality, add the ability to define the spider test configuration parameters including whether the spider should be recurring and how often it should run.

This is valuable because, for example, some clients may desire the spiders to go deeper than 5 pages, and with the new Project Summary widget, if the spider is set to recurring, then a client can easily see how compliance may be changing over time...

Non-org admin Level Access testers need access to Element Filters

Currently only org admins can create element filters. All Level Access testers need this feature without having to elevate them to org admins. Using this feature is a required part of the baseline testing.

Make defect status a column in reports

When viewing the violations, I'd like to see the defect status as a column. This way users can sort and filter on the status allowing them to streamline the process of seeing what needs to be fixed next.

Add a "create user" open on the User Search page in AMP

If you are searching for a user and are unable to find that user, chances are you want to create a new profile. It would be nice to add a button, so one can navigate directly to this workflow rather than navigating back to the Administration tab.
