Add an optional column for violation instances with the applicable standards

On the view instances page of an AMP report, add an optional column for the applicable standards to the best practice flagged. A customer requested this.

Downloadable AMP Report

A customer asked to have the ability to export the full AMP report which would include the compliance score. Currently, only the violations can be exported onto an excel spreadsheet.
